Management Perspectives is a series of simple but effective skill assessment tools for managers. Each Management Perspectives tool is built around a series of Core Skills, each of which is further sub-divided into a set of Specific Skills. The tools provide managers with an invaluable insight into how they are perceived by the people who know them best – the people with whom they work.

As a result of the assessment, managers receive a detailed report containing a Specific Skills Profile, an explanation of the assessment and a set of suggestions on ways of improving their skills.
